The Gallia County Grand Jury convened for September recently indicted 17 individuals, with more than one-third being direct drug trafficking charges, according to information announced by Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Marco A. Delgado, age 36, of Grove City, Ohio, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the third and fourth degree; four counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the second and fifth degree; four counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first, fourth, and fifth degree; and one count of Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree.
